Had an HVAC whole home Humidifier installed (Aprilaire 620a) by this company. For the first week, the humidity ran so high, despite setting it to the lowest setting, causing the windows to be so wet there was mold growth. Then the humidity got so high that it tripped 2 separate GFCI outlets, one of them being the one in the basement that ran the water pump on the HVAC System. The same pump that was supposed to pump out the water that ran through the humidifier. Therefore I had a bunch of water in my basement, luckily I caught it after only a few hours. I didn’t complain or anything, I just asked them to come back and fix it. After they came back to fix it, it is now at the other extreme, with humidity reaching adings of no higher than 35 in the house, even set to the highest setting. The s

We had an emergency situation when our furnace stopped working during the winter. They had a technician sent out that day (just hours after calling), and it was fixed for a reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything. We’ll definitely use them again in the future!
