I’ve been a customer at Northstar for over a decade. They are always professional, on time and work hard to solve any issues. They just finished a new install and their dedication is outstanding! Let me tell you about Northstar. They came on a Saturday night when nobody else would I had no heat no hot water and Harry Buck Jarvis is a good friend of mine and he sent two guys out. He told me what he could do and he did it he said he would do it and save me $4000 for that reason alone I would highly recommend. Also Austin and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable.

North Star recently completed my Fall system maintenance. Mike arrived promptly during the scheduled time window. He did a thorough job and briefed me on what services he performed. As usual, I am well pleased with both North Star's service and the personnel they send to perform it.

Woke up to the thermostat reading 57 degrees. I called North Star HVAC and spoke to the on call person. He came out to the house within an hour and found the problem. The next business day the office called to inform us that the part was ordered and they would call when they received it. They called a couple days later and scheduled us for the next day. This all was happening during a very serious cold spell. The technician, Cole, was polite and efficient. We have used North Star HVAC for many years and are very please with their service.
