Every part of the experience was outstanding—from speaking with a real person on the phone to receiving prompt quotes and timely installation. They walk you through the whole process and keep you updated along the way. Colby was fantastic, always punctual and thorough in providing all the information I needed. Turnaround time for installation was fantastic. Nancie was incredibly helpful and made me feel like family whenever I had questions. Their prices are the best in my opinion, and the installation team, led by Juan, was exceptional. Working with North State was a pleasure. They got out to us for a quote promptly. During the first walk through their staff were very detail oriented and worked with us to come up with a plan to maximize all of our needs. After getting several different quotes, North State had the best price for the job, hands down. Once we accepted their bid, they did our HOA application for the job for us! Absolutely awesome experience! From start to finish, the communication was excellent. Nancie provided quick updates, clear expectations, and was super friendly every time. Their customer service is top-notch, and you can tell they really care about doing things the right way. Fidel & crew took extra time to locate and work around all the pool pipes, which I really appreciated. The fence looks fantastic, everything was done quickly, and the whole process was stress-free. Great fence, great price!!! I Highly recommend North State Fence Builder and Colby and Nancy who are amazing! They install a beautiful aluminum fence with professionalism, great customer service, patience and kindness. Their pricing is very, very reasonable! I would definitely use them again….wait I did, twice! They really are that GREAT!!!!
