Northeast Appliance Pros

I had a problem with my dryer making noise. I called another service company, they would not be able to get to me for weeks. They suggested I call Northeast Appliance Pros. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. The technician Mike was terrific. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. He showed me exactly what had to be done and had the part on hand. The staff, Vicky and Lynn were excellent to deal with. Highly recommended.

What a great company to work with. Vicki has been so helpful & pleasant to deal with. The techs have also been great and upfront with whatever the problem has been. They call when on their way and are very prompt. Could not recommend a company anymore than Northeast Appliance Pros

My second experience with Northeast Appliance and I couldn't be happier. Kevin was great. He was able to get to me earlier in the day which was great. Kevin was very professional and personable. I was also quite happy that they found the part needed for a 24 year old oven door and price for the part and installation was reasonable.

Not worth the bother. The service man was on time and friendly. The only 2 thing I could say positive about the appointment. He started by putting his tool bag on my stove. He thought he was here about Refrigerator temperature. Yes was part issue but, he said there is no way to test the system, but have to change out part... same with the lights. He filled out the bill and expected payment. He never started the cleaning of the coils ,fan, etc which was main reason I wanted him here. I spoke and he started, then the vacuum did not work, so he said. ... said he can clean the fridge when he comes back to change out the parts and will come with a new vacuum. $114.00 later, I realized he was probably faking it. Anyone can put thier hand over the hose and make the vacuum to make a bad smell a

Our chest freezer stopped working. We called Northeast Appliance and the technician Kevin came the following day. Kevin was courteous , professional and repaired our freezer in less than a hour without charging us an arm and a leg for the repair. What a great company to deal with. I figure we saved more than $500 by calling Northeast Appliance. Thank you so much for the speedy response and repair
