If I could describe Tommy the owner of Northeast Construction NY in two words, it would be: Straight Shooter I called, Tommy answered. Tommy was responsive. Showed up when he said he would. Turned around his quote promptly. Informed me of a starting date. Showed up on the day he planned. What started as a nightmare for us, ended in a beautifully redone shower floor. We contacted a few contractors all of who told us we would have to remove our glass shower doors and possibly rip apart the whole shower based on a "possible" cracked shower pan. Tommy came by, took one look at the shower and knew right away what had to be done. He made a point to try to keep our costs low by not removing the shower glass. He and his team were able to do "shower surgery" to replace the entire shower pan and o
