Today two Northeast Energy Conservation Inc. technicians worked at my home. Both of them, Joe and Carlo were really helpful and professional. I deeply appreciate their work and strongly recommend these guys and this company.

Joe and Carlo came for Energy audit from NE Energy Conservation Inc, they were prompt, polite and efficient . They completed the job without a hitch. We were impressed by their work.

PLEASE NOTE, I have not used this company. The workers are just throwing all of their materials all over my property from the truck as they work next door. Blocking the sidewalk where school children pass as well. No material on the neighbor's property where they are working!! Really?!? If they work like this outside on neighboring private property I can't imagine having them work on or in my home. Very unprofessional.

They will fix what’s easy and they will not help you if they ruin something else, they did something to my water heater saying that they did a test and pass, but the plumber they hire fix the gas pipe to the water heater. So how did it pass test if they were fixing the pipe gas that was connected to the water heater ?? Manager is Greg total useless. No customer service help at all
