NorthEast LM Construction

We hired Michael and Liam aka L & M Construction to do a few projects at our home. We had brick steps at the front of our home and they removed them and built us a beautiful porch which changed the entire look of our home. The other job was a full gut of our bathroom. The work that they did was amazing! They were extremely clean, neat and efficient. When they left at the end of each work day, I was always amazed at how their work area was always cleaned up. I could not have been happier with their work.

Wife & I took on the adventure of building a house and having NorthEast LM Construction as our General Contractor was the best decision we made. Liam and Mike are extremely professional, highly communicative thru every step of the journey, and truly made this process a complete success. They take pride in their work and the craftsmanship shows immensely through our house, we couldn't be happier with the end result. There's no one else I'd go to for any construction need, thank you Mike and Liam and Northeast LM Construction Team!

We have had L & M Northeast Construction do several projects around our house, new siding, hardwood floors, bathroom remodels and the last project a pergola and new deck. They have always been extremely professional, timely and within budget. The finished projects are beautiful.

There is no one else my husband and I would use other than Northeast LM Construction! We have used them for numerous projects at multiple homes. From a new roof, new front steps, to the most beautiful shed I’ve ever seen- they do it all! We are now in the process of putting an addition onto our home. Mike and Liam have been quick to answer any and all questions, professional, and just an overall pleasure to work with. We are thankful we found such an incredible company to work with!

My wife and I recently purchased a new home and were in major need of some bathroom renovations. We were so so so happy with how the newly renovated bathrooms turned out!
