Amazing work done by Austin and his team @ Northeast! They are professional and easy to work with. This was our third project with them and we are so pleased with our new kitchen.

I hired this company because they were listed as a Schluter shower system installer. I let rich convenience me the it was not necessary and to trust his year of experience and to go with the traditional tile water proofing. Rich was great at helping us select the perfect tile for our master bath and we were initially very happy with the finished product. Within months, some of the grout had cracked and sections just crumbled out. Rich made promises to make repairs but no showed 2x and then stopped answering my phone calls. I used matching grout caulk and made the repairs myself. Over the past 4-5 years the grout has disintegrated a many other areas which would not be a problem if the walls were waterproofed as the water should eventually make its way to the drain. I had this company do a kitchen countertop and it was off by 3/4 of an inch on one end and dug into the wall on the other. It was uneven and the sink mount didn’t line up. I would highly highly highly suggest you find a more reputable company, Rodger J Moore,l!

Austin was super knowledgeable about different countertop options and styles and was super helpful with advice and finding us the perfect countertops for our kitchen remodel. Highly recommended!
