Excellent Service from Tommy and Nik. I called at 8 am to report my AC not working and they were here within 2.5 hours. They didn’t overcharge, they were extremely polite and they got my AC working again within an hour. I would recommend this company to all my neighbors. If I could give more stars I would. Customer service isn’t dead after all.

We are so thankful for Tommy and his crew! We had a blower motor go out on one of our 2 units and considering they were over 20 years old we asked Tommy to see what our best option was. He never tried to sway us on getting new units but gave us a lot of detail the pros and cons of repairing the motor or replacing both units. I researched some of what he told us and we decided it was best to replace the units. We have used him in the past so it was an easy decision to go with his company again. His crew was very professional and respectful, not to mention how quickly we were able to get it all done. Tommy was here when they started and came back after they left to make sure we were happy. Noticed our units were running 10+ hours a day and it was still hot inside. Called Tommy. He was at our house not but 2 hours later. Inspected both units, topped off the refrigerant and everything cooled back off. NM is exactly who you want. Your knowledgeable friendly neighborhood HCAC guys.
