Kudos to Jonathan and Sammy for their hard work in drying out my laundry area, kitchen floor and basement. The demo work and cleanup was handled quickly and with care. It was also a pleasure to work with Matthew O'Bryan who assessed the damage to my home and coordinated with my insurance company. Very pleased with how quickly my issues were addressed.

When our hot water heater destroyed our family room on New Year’s Day I was so upset that was how my year started. George walked in explained how he was going to put his best team in charge of reconstructing my house. He did more than that. He had Multi Construction in charge of fixing the repairs. They ended up redoing my entire first floor. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and craftsmanship of their work and George being there every step of the way.

Great experience with the company in helpeing with water removal due to toilet tube burst affecting kitchen, bedroom, basement. Project Manger Andrea Ackerman lead throughout the project and was very intuitive and responding to any question. Both technicians: Edisson and Samuel did initial installation of the equipment and provided unsolicited help with moving things around in flooded basement. Great work! Highly recommended! Good to see that people care! Rare commodity these days!

I cannot say enough excellent things about George and his team. From the very first call, they were incredibly responsive. They arrived with fans within an hour of me reaching out. Their timeliness and professionalism immediately put me at ease. Talles has been especially patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. The team offers thoughtful insight and recommendations without ever being pushy, which I truly appreciate. They have been thorough in every step and their communication has been excellent throughout the entire process. Had a refrigerator water line leak and wreak havoc with in the floor and down to the basement ceiling! Ugh, what a mess. Power Dry came to evaluate the situation and sent out Aldo and Rafael to mitigate the moisture, cut out flooring, sheet rock and set up equipment to remove all the water from the affected areas. They were impeccably considerate of my home and nothing but incredibly courteous in their manner! I cannot praise them enough for keeping everything clean and orderly while having to do the job at hand. I have used other water mitigation companies in the past, but I would only use these guys going forward. A first class professional operation! Highly recommended!
