From the initial meeting with Josh, to the estimate, to the day of work, right on through billing, our experience with Northeast Tree Care was top notch. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. Communication was excellent and the work was incredibly skilled and professional. The crew was friendly and respectful. We are so glad we called this service to remove trees that were a safety concern on our property.

Northeast Tree Care just removed a very large tree that was extremely close to 2 garages and one home on property that we share with a neighbor. They were extremely professional, had great communication, and took great care with our grass and cleanup. You couldn't even tell that they had been here! (except for the stump where the tree had been, of course). It was amazing to see them dismantle the tree and move each large piece up and over the wires. I thought the price was fair considering how many skilled professionals spent the entire day with a lot of heavy equipment doing the job.

Josh and team were quick to respond to my request, provided a free consultation to address my questions and kept in good communication with me about the timeline for my project. I wanted to save my tree and while others said it couldn’t be done Josh really listened to me and was able to make it happen! Cannot recommend them enough! Will certainly do business with them again should I need another tree removed or vines remediated.

The negative reviews do not reflect our experience. The team was on time, the equipment impressive and the removal of a huge pine tree was done with remarkable efficiency. Everything was cleaned up perfectly, including the very large pieces of the tree trunk. I would confidently recommend this company.

We've used their tree services for the past 2 decades and their work is consistently outstanding. Last week a storm brought down a large treetrunk, leaving it hovering over an outbuilding, a garden pond, and many plantings. They came promptly, removed everything without any damage, cut trunk and limbs to our requested length, and cleaned up thoroughly. We highly recommend them!
