I have had cause to use Island Emergency Disaster Restoration several times and will not use anyone else when getting water in places it does not belong. They are professional and efficient. It has always been a great experience with this office and I remain a loyal and satisfied customer.

Our basement was flooded and the damage was extensive. I contacted several businesses that work to remediate flood damage. By far, Island Emergency Diaster Restoration was the fairest and most professional. The owner came to my house and was very knowledgeable and courteous. I accepted their bid and we agreed upon a start date. From beginning to end, their workers were experts and skilled. They even finished earlier than expected which was excellent. I have to give a big shout out to Island Emergency Disaster thank you guys for giving our peace of mind back. Last winter we had a heavy rain storm unfortunately part of our living room roof fell in damaging so much of our roof and flooring. Well let me just say these guys made it look like nothing ever happened and didn't charge an outrageous price. Good to know good companies still exist.
