Tina is absolutely the best! She is knowledgeable, helpful, and Goes above and beyond for her customers. I came in 15 minutes before closing desperately needing parts so I could get My house back up and running after my filtration system froze and broke. She never made me feel rushed, offered as much advice as she could. I also spent way less than I was expecting!

BEWARE OF THEIR DRIVEWAY! There is a HUGE drop from the driveway to the parking lot! I dropped-off the edge and as I was parking another car did the same thing! I said something in the store and they said they are aware of the hazardous condition and have had a few companies out to give estimates to repair it. They said even trucks drop into it pulling into their location. I said to them, "Why not put an orange cone into the drop-off to warn customers/drivers?" They said "Valid point." So, if you care about your vehicle and it's front end components and tires/wheels good luck. The hole is not visible when entering from South High Street. Completely unacceptable!

I delivered water heaters here. Really nice receivers. I talked to Billy about coming a day early since i only had 5 units for him and he said that he'd take them. I asked about spending the night outside the fence if i ever come back and he said that was fine or that we can spend the night within the fenced area if you got there before they closed, you just couldnt go anywhere. I came in at the first entrance where the sign is and really had to swing it wide. I didnt know they have a 2nd entrance just past the sign that you could go into and go around the back part of their building, would've made it a lot easier to dock. Not that it was terrible, just a little tight but I've had way worse docks. Just call ahead if you want to get unloaded early/spend the night on sight. Always give the
