Let me just tell you about this amazing company. As I was looking through the services to check off for what was utilized, I realized that I had to check service not listed as well. When your AC is no longer cooling and this company comes through, they are like a family response. We had our AC no longer cooling and within a day, A DAY, they had us up and running. I'm sure that realistically if you need new parts that will not always be the case but the communication every step of the way, the follow up and you can always tell when someone really cares comes in. I am so thankful that this is who we chose. A plus rating all the way around. Thank you again Northern Air and owner Garrett.

Our AC stopped cooling and first thing in the morning called Northern Air and they made effort to respond right away. They were booked but said they would work to try to fit me in their schedule and they got my contact information. Luckily they were able to make time to check and repair my AC. Garrett was professional and knowledgeable and we appreciated how thorough he was and helped us throughout this situation and 104 degree. Highly recommend Northern Air!

If I could give Joe our tech guy 10 stars I would! I had called Friday evening and by Saturday he was at my house and had our ac up and running. He was very knowledgeable and so respectful and explained everything to us in detail. He showed compassion to my autistic kiddos when his tools were making loud noises. He is such a hard worker and we look forward to being in business with Joe again!

No-BS help with commitments or contracts of any sort. The afternoon that the company was notified of a problem, Garrett the owner came down to assess the issue right away. He then scheduled his crew of Elijah and Jose to come to further diagnose and fix the issue. The system is less than 2 years old and they were able to find a faulty blower fan, obtain a new part at a local warehouse store, and install all within a couple hours. All members of the Northern Air team I’ve contacted have been professional and prompt with communication. They even got the unit registered with warranty at Reece’s parts store should anything happen again in the future.
