Aarmond did an AMAZING job installing a radon mitigation system with 2 air collection points in our home from the 60's! He was super transparent and upfront with his advice/thoughts from the beginning, and it was so nice to not feel like he was trying to take advantage of the situation at all! He gave us very fair pricing and his honest opinion. As a woman too, I really appreciated how comfortable I felt with him in the house. He was super kind to me and my pups! I completely recommend him - he made this experience not stressful at all 🙂

Aarmond installed a radon mitigation system at my 70+ year old house. Prior to his work,it had tested far above acceptable levels. He patiently found alternative access after discovering the old foundation footers impaired full access under the concrete Post install I’m far below radon acceptable levels. Clean job, easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Northern Colorado Radon responded promptly when I requested a quote. I found them to be professional and accurate with their estimates. Since I live in a townhouse, we needed approval from the HOA, and they adapted the system design to meet those requirements seamlessly. During installation, they discovered that the soil beneath our slab was unusually dense. Without hesitation or extra charges, they upgraded the fan size to ensure optimal performance. They also sealed the floor-to-wall edges in the basement at no additional cost. Once the work was completed, they took the time to walk me through how the system operates, what signs to watch for in case of issues, and clearly explained the warranty details. This is the second radon mitigation system I've had installed since moving to Colorad

Aarmond and his crew did a great job! Responsive, keeping us informed, redoing our crawl space which looks amazing, and thankful this is improving our home and the air we breathe.
