Northern Comfort Systems

This is Brad from Butler-Tarkington who has enjoyed a long-term relationship with Northern Comfort for quite some time. I prepaid for a service agreement back in Oct. of 2024. I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff (Owner) before our HVAC purchase in 2018. Past interactions with Giianee, Tom, Mike, and many others were very positive. However, after Northern Comfort missed two A/C tune-up appointments with us (we have an agreement), nobody will respond to us! Two separate phone calls with Alex (5/2) and Cody (5/6) were supposed to result in a manager callback. That didn't happen. Then, emails from 5/2, 5/6, 5/30, and 6/13 have gone unanswered. I also left a message on the "online form" on the web site. I am not sure what is happening, but I sure hope everyone is okay. With a relations

I have been on their maintenance plan for years now and am always impressed with the attention to detail and no “hard sell” I have had with others. You get an appointment card in the mail and I usually call to reschedule to a more convenient time which is never a problem. You get a reminder call the day before and then a call when the guy is on the way. Appointment is smooth and informative. Great job.

Website says free estimate. Called to set up an appointment to get a "free estimate" and was informed it would be $150 trip fee that would be taken off bill if we decide to have them do the work. Their definition of Free Estimate differs greatly from mine. Why wouldn't I get multiple quotes.

I called Northern Comfort Systems when I needed some work to be done quickly. They answered their phones live and were very helpful. The day before the appointment, I received a call from a live person (and not an automated computer generated voice) to confirm the appointment. Joe (he was awesome) from the team expertly handled the replacement of the flexible gas line to ensure it met the city's code. But that's not all - he went the extra mile by cleaning out the furnace and tuning everything up. I was truly impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail. What stands out is not only their technical proficiency but also their commitment to customer satisfaction.
