Northern counties roofing systems is an amazing company! Adam was so polite, patient, and so professional with my interest in getting a new roof. From the beginning this company took the time to work around my schedule answer any questions that I had and educate me on all the different opportunities that we could take to make my home safe. Out of all the other estimates and other companies that I have talked to before, Northern counties roofing systems were the only ones that right away had All their ducks in a row when it came to inspecting my home and coming up with an estimate. Been waiting for a couple of months to get this review posted, as we were wanting to put the finished job to the test. After experiencing a couple of good size storms bringing plenty of wind and lots of rain, we are now able to rest easily knowing our new roof consisting of Certainteed Landmark shingles installed on our manufactured home and the other work that was performed on both the front and back patio roofs by Northern Counties Roofing, have made it through without a hitch, to which we are very pleased. During the installation process, we did however have a couple of concerns we pointed out, but Joel the owner, addressed them quickly and also assured us that if any future issue should arise, we could call him and he would be back out to take care of it, as he guarantees and stands

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with this roofing company. Despite a frost delay (Mother Nature tried), they still finished the job ahead of what I anticipated, which immediately put them in my good graces. From start to finish, the crew was professional, polite, and respectful of my property and they actually cleaned up at the end of each day, which shouldn’t be impressive but somehow always is. Joel and his crew are the best! They got the job done quickly, tearing off and installing 3 roofs on my property leaving no mess in only 2 days. I had roof replaced by another company and they left debris everywhere. Joel’s crew left the area so clean that you wouldn’t have known they were even there. Joel and crew are extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I had quite a few because I like to have a clear picture of what is being done, they explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. Joel even went above and beyond to repair a pipe on my A/C unit, saving me time & money from having to call a A/C repair company.
