Mark and the Northern Lights team did a great job! We are so happy we chose them to build our porch/deck. They always responded in a timely manner, kept us updated, and started and ended the job when they said. The deck is exactly what I hoped for! Good quality construction.

Mark did an amazing job not only completing multiple projects needing to be done in a short time frame but also took the time to finish small details that other contractors would have skipped over. From carrying trim further into the room, framing up other doors in the same hallway, offering more esthetically pleasing solutions on projects, and checking in with me on the progress he is definitely one to hire! Even the small detail of him and his crew moving some extra walkway mats to the path they were walking in and out of the house after unexpected snow just shows they actually care and treat houses like their own. At the time I reached out to Northern Lights Home Services I was hesitant what they would be willing to take on and even more concerned on the timing. Within just 4 days time

Great company to work with! I had water damage due to a burst water line to my fridge/ice maker --- so the job started as an insurance claim. As I needed to get all new flooring, I decided to pay out of my own pocket to upgrade my kitchen cabinets, countertops and sink. Mark was fantastic through the whole process and I'm thrilled with the end results. Would definitely recommend them for any home renovation projects. If I am in need of anything in the future, Northern Lights Home Services LLC will be my fist call.

Mark was great to work with! He redid the front and back stoops to the house and also laid flagstone walkways. It came out just how I pictured it. I would definitely use Northern Lights Home Services again and highly recommend them.

Mark did an outstanding job installing a new exterior door and storm door for me. The work was done quickly and with extreme care and high quality. The installation was tricky as some settling of the house has occurred but the final install has a very good seal to the outside elements. Mark was great to work with and he even went above and beyond what was necessary in a few ways. I would definitely use his services again (particularly for an upcoming deck repair).
