Northern Lights Locating & Inspection

Dude parks in front of my house, which is fine. After 10 minutes, I come out and ask him if there's anything I can help him with. I'm just wondering why he's here, since I don't have any utility work scheduled. He just tells me to have a good day, rolls his window up, and then sits there for 5 more minutes playing on his phone before leaving, after having done nothing. I wouldn't have even cared if he had just told me why he was here or offered to move. Instead, he was rude and dismissive.

Technician found it appropriate, legal, and professional to enter my back yard without permission because no one answered the door in time for him. The company is a joke and when you try to call they forward all calls to voicemail because they know that they are conducting shady business. I have no contract or agreement with this company yet their employees felt entitled enough to enter my back yard. Luckily my dogs were in the house so their entitled employee didn't get bitten or let my dogs escape. Such an unprofessional "business".

Personally never hired this company but they have been in our padlocked backyard multiple times without warning and consistently park in our grass for no reason at all, hang out on our property without notifying us of why they are in need of access. If they will potentially be doing work in our yard, they have not explained why and we have not given them permission. Unprofessional.

Sitting in the truck blocking access to our business playing on his phone. How wonderful. Asked if he could move and response was “when I’m done” To add they are at it again blocking the parking yet again! What useless place just move your stuff over to the side so business owners can access their business.

They used a camera to locate my sewer. When pulling it out the tore off my backflow flap and dragged it about 10 ft uphill toward my house. At first I thought I just had a slow drain but a couple weeks in had to call Roto Rooter. They checked my basement commode and said there wasn't anything wrong. I told him about the locator being in my sewer line a few weeks ago. He went outside and opened my clean out and saw standing water. He went to the next clean out with the backflow flap and said the flap is gone. He ran his rooter uphill toward my house and about half way to the house felt something . He proceeded to pull the flap back to the box it had previously hung in....now we have a flap covered in toilet paper and "other crap" (literally) 10 feet down in the ground..took 1 1/2 hours to
