The technician came out after hours. Were there very quick to respond. Unfortunately my unit was not able to be saved. But they installed a new unit at a great price. Believe me, unfortunately I have had to buy 3 other units for other homes and they were best price by far. It was in the winter right before a deep freeze was supposed to hit. They had me up and running within days. Been using the unit for over a year now with no issues. The unit works great!! Very pleased with their friendly service.

I have had HVAC issues on weekends/holidays on multiple occasions and Norther Neck Mechanical has always been quick to respond. This past Sunday our AC went out and I called their office just after 8. By 9:30 a technician was at the house, had diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part. We had a house full of visitors and I can't say how happy everyone was that we had AC back on. They also installed a new unit for us last year and it's been working like a champ. I highly recommend these guys.

I have been trying to reach NN Mechanical since Monday night about an issue I was having in my White Stone condo. I left a chat message fully expecting to hear back on Tuesday, no one responded, so I called. No one answered the phone, so I left a message. I left another text and phone message, and now late on Thursday 4 days since my first contact not a peep, not, "sorry, we are busy and will get to you!' Nothing. I know NN Mechanical gets good reviews, but not from me. I will look elsewhere and you should too.

Jimmy just left, having installed a new fan motor and capacitor. We called late Friday and was able to get on the schedule for late Monday when JImmy quickly diagnosed two problems and installed a new capacitor. He showed us the problem with the motor and said a new one would be ordered Tuesday morning. It is Tuesday afternoon, the motor is installed, and the temperature in our home is dropping steadily from a high of 84 We are happy campers. Thanks to the entire NNK Mechanical team!

They have been taking care of my hvac needs since I bought the house four years ago. It is an older system, and they keep it going. They also replaced the flex diets in the basement, which was originally unfinished, with spiral.ducts, and did a perfect job giving me what I wanted there. Great people!
