This is an exceptional company that I have done business with for a long time. The personnel are simply the best; they are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure orders and products are correct. Great customer service by far!!

You'll notice the reviews are old. Northern plumbing is Williams now. Northern had a really knowledgeable staff. They don't anymore. Needed a circulating pump for my residential boiler. Called to check price and inventory. Guy asked me if I'm a license contractor. With a tone in his voice: Because we won' t sell nothing to you unless you licensed contractor. I went to Menards and got my pump. Never again.

I am a local business owner who has bought many many of our supplies for renovations there. They are helpful, friendly and competitively priced. You couldn't ask for more from a local business. Hope they are around for a long long time.

I called to see if someone could come over and fix my toilet that keeps running, they do not perform service calls, but John walked me through over the phone and got it fixed. There are still good people out there. Thank you!!!:)
