First of all the staff is rude. I asked if they had this tool they didn’t she said, without even looking at my phone she said it was just a display, but one worker from the back helped me out dude went to the back and found it. that’s what I call going beyond for your customer. Stock guys should be in the front not the cashiers

no complaints about the staff but, they sell pressure washers here at this location. However they don't sell parts to repair them. Absolutely no parts for any of the equipment they sell.

Moises was really helpful, we needed an item he didn’t know what it was but he used his resources from northern tools to find it. He located it for us and showed us where it was. Thanks Moises !

I came to the front counter and asked if they hard a tool in stock and the cashier was very professional and he relayed the question about the tool the his manager (Jazlyn) which was standing right next to him before he could even ask the question she had the most disgusted look on her face because I asked if they didn’t have one in stock could I buy the display? And she abruptly said with the worst attitude rolling her eyes said no, we don’t sell the displays She proceeds to go check stock and as I wait she never comes back and starts walking around the store with other employees and so I make it back to the front of the register and I asked well. Kimberly and Jazlynne were great people, honestly the greatest; I'd honestly have to say they were the most competent and knowledgeable people I've ever met in a tool store. It also helps that they have amazing senses of humor and laugh at my jokes (I personally and the funniest person I know, I don't blame them for laughing). The customer care is very satisfactory, the inventory is the greatest and of course I have the two most wonderful employees helping me navigate the most extensive store that was ever built in this side of the Mississippi.
