The culture, language and attitude and language is absolutely vile. Arrogant. Let me expound. Walk into Woodbury location yesterday with a failed pressure washer hose (50 ft, 3/8 diameter, 4000 psi). Northern sells for $169.00 They are available all over internet from $30-90. I find same product, same fittings, length, color, stamped ID in the rubber. My purchased hose is less than 18 months old. Had it been even 2 years, I wouldn't be looking for warranty/replacement. Asked for conversation with manager. Had my failed hose and new one off shelf. Explained that my purchase developed a crack, from inside the lumen of the hose, pissing 3000psi water all over my job site. Explained previous hoses last perform at least 5 years in my hands. I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Northern Tool & Equipment store in Woodbury. I purchased a new trimmer, and on the second day of use, the string broke. Not a huge deal, but for a brand-new piece of equipment, I expected at least some basic support. When I went to the store, I was shut down almost immediately and told I didn’t buy the extended coverage plan. I explained to the manager that I run a landscaping business, and we rely on professional equipment daily. We’ve bought plenty of tools and warranties before, most of which turn out to be a long, frustrating process with little benefit. Ordered a Milwaukee Quik Lok accessory November 29th. Paid for same day delivery and did not receive it. I had to call the Woodbury store for answers the next day. When the person answered I asked for a manager and he said "I guess I am today". It came the evening of the 30th but I was not credited anything for same day delivery. I was also supposed to received a $50 Free gift card and did not receive it. November 30th I show that my credit card was billed $4.20 from the Burnsville store which I have never been to. It was credited the same day but now I have to worry about whether or not someone has my credit card information. Ordering online is easy to get done but staff often have trouble finding the order after its said it ready for pick up. Need to improve your system for online pick up so slow.

The site is very easy to purchase from...even for noncomputer tech like myself!
