We had a full tear off on a one hundred year old house with almost three layers of shingles and no decking - yikes! Northwest gave us a reasonable quote that included adding four skylights and changing the roofline on the front porch. The permit process was a little challenging, but NW worked with our architect to review the plans with the town and get it sorted. Once permits were in, they got us scheduled within a few weeks and gave us constant updates. On the day of, they worked super fast and did a really nice job. There were a couple minor issues and they were forthcoming and honest about additional charges and unforeseen circumstances. It was such a big project that it took two days and they had a couple guys stay extra late the second day to make sure they cleaned up everything. It

Vaughn and Frank did an excellent job installing new James Hardie siding and gutters on my house. They were a pleasure to work with, professional, communicative, and reliable. The project was completed on time as planned, and they were always available to take my calls. When something wasn’t right, they came back and fixed it right away. They even went above and beyond by taking care of a few extra details. I truly enjoyed working with both of them and their team. If you’re getting multiple quotes, I recommend meeting with Vaughn last. Save the best for last.

I’m not one to leave reviews but this company deserves a honest review. First off I’d give them no stars if it was an option. I would never hire this company again. They are horrible. I have a small house , small job and it’s like pulling teeth to get them to finish. Signed contract in August here we are Dec and the jobs not completed. They lie and say they don’t sub out the work when they do sub out the work. Absolutely regret hiring this company. Lack of experience in running a business really shows. I talked to a few of their subs and they are not getting paid either. Frank ( the owner ) is only available when he wants to get the $ other then that he’s no where to be found. He won’t pick up calls or return text messages. He is a coward and can’t handle the pressure when there is an

Overall, very impressed with Northkit in the product, the service, the timeline / turnaround, and even the pricing. Vaughan came out for the consultation and was really informative explaining the product and process and all that, but just be prepared they want you to sign the contract THEN AND THERE (in order to get a special price)... We weren't happy with the initial price but he talked to his boss and got back to us within moments with a price that was more in line with our expectations, so we went ahead and signed. Honestly, I hate being pressured but it was nice to not have to mull it over and talk to a million companies.
