Northland Aire Heating & Cooling

I would highly recommend Northland Aire. We recently had our furnace go out. Called a company we had done business with in the past, they told us we needed to replace the furnace. I question this, so at a recommendation from a friend I call Northland Aire for a second opinion. Brad came out and fixed the furnace for under $400! Our water heater died and Brad was able to come take a look that day and install a new one first thing the next morning. Reasonably priced especially for a busy part of the season for heating repair. Will definitely call Brad again with any future needs.

Of course our air went out when we were in the high 80's and high humidity. Our rep ordered what we needed and timely put in a complete heating and air conditioner. Works great, so quiet running and everything went very well.

What a joke. My furnace went out on me at midnight 3/5/18. Called the "24 hour emergency" number at 2:00 am with no answer so I left a voice mail. Finally received a phone call at 7:00 the next morning. At that time he explained to my wife (quite rudely) "you thought I would actually come out in the middle of a snow storm?" (Side note: we had 4" of snow overnight and he is located less than 2 miles from my house). Isn't that what 24 hour emergency service is?? He then proceeded to tell my wife "good luck getting anyone to come out and service your furnace at that time of the night." Guess what, Scandia Heating and Air did. They came out assessed the problem and had a new furnace installed in less than 24 hours. So glad this jack@ didn't show up; got much better customer service fr
