We cannot say enough about how amazing our experience was with Northland Design & Build. From start to finish, they helped us develop the perfect design for our kitchen, they set a schedule and they stuck to the plan. Every week the GM updated us by email on what was accomplished that week and what would be happening the following week. All subs were respectful, productive, professional and CLEAN. Every day that work was done they would sweep up after. They remembered to close and lock doors. They didn't come into the rest of the house unless they had an urgent question. They used a lockbox and a port-a-potty and we felt the least amount of stress we could have imagined from such a major kitchen remodel. They even finished a month early! Rod, Gina and their team helped with a complete kitchen, dining room and bonus pantry room transformation. From choosing the design, colors, materials, appliances and fixtures, we were expertly guided every step of the way! We were given a step by step schedule that was tweaked a few times, yet still finished on time and on budget! Couldn’t be happier!

A year ago we hired Northland to do an extensive remodel. The owner was very involved until the contract was signed. Thereafter, our only contact was the designer in person, and a project manager by email. We were consistently informed that the project would start in Oct. 24. Yet, suddenly, at the end of Sep. they pushed the project out to Jan. 25. Furthermore, our only contact - the designer - had left the company. When we asked for a meeting with both owners, they told us we should take our business elsewhere. I think they are too small a shop and they couldn't handle the business on their plate. The Northland team is amazing! They listened to our needs and wants and hit the ground running. The design process was so much fun and they truly nailed it! Our on-site contractor dealt with all the details, sub-contractors and inspectors.. We know he was constantly juggling it all from behind the scenes and really took the stress off of us. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire Northland team!
