Northpoint Center Public Parking Garage

We paid $25 online, but when we were leaving, the attendant quickly tried to charge us another $80. We thought we might be at the wrong location because why were we being charged again, and for so much? When we asked for the address, he claimed it wasn’t the same place we paid for, but then we saw it displayed on the screen and it was. He kept acting dumb. The scanner said our ticket was invalid, but when we selected “Other Options” and entered the phone number we used to pay online, our ticket was accepted. If they tell you that you need to pay again, make sure you do that yourself don’t let them handle it, or they might try to scam you. When our ticket finally went through, both attendants smirked and looked disappointed.

SCAM!! we pre paid for parking and the machine let us in with our prepaid registered number but when we tried to leave, it gave us a FOURTY dollar charge! the attendant was incredibly rude about it as well and refused to let us out. don’t waste your money here.

Parking was little two tight. $31 for 2 and a half hours but, I believe its $36 for 12. I mean if you are a capable driver go for it. If not go somewhere else. Pulling in and backing out is a doozy! Super small spaces. One way in one way out.

Smash and grab got our luggage out of our rental car. No cameras, apparently it happens all the time. We were trying to make a quick stop at a few sights before heading to the airport to fly home. Thieves mostly got dirty laundry, so mostly the laughs on them. But still, don't park here.
