The owner of NorthPro was there to answer any questions I had. He also ensured me that he could deliver the flowers I needed in time. They communicated with me through it all and did everything I asked. Although they ran into some mechanical issues the day before they still managed to deliver and on time for that matter. Thanks to NorthPro providing a timely delivery, clear communications, and plenty of knowledge. I was able to do the below job with a couple guys helps.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I had a sprinkler system put in a month ago. I was told so many times they were coming to work on it. They left a large ditch witch in my driveway and did not come for weeks. I almost missed a flight to see my daughter waiting on them. Now the ditch witch has been in my driveway for over a month. I am handicapped and can't get around it. I have been told over a dozen times they are coming to get it, yet it still sits in the driveway.

I contracted NorthPro to do a large project that included sodding, irrigation, and landscaping. I pushed them hard to do the work in a short time frame in poor weather conditions against the recommendation to wait for better weather. They were able to meet the time frame I needed and did a great job. The crews even worked some long days to get it done. I would recommend them to anyone no matter how small or large the project.
