Beware! We started with Northside thinking they were a reputable company, but after the horrible experience we have gone through we will never use them again, and I highly recommend no one else use them either! First, they installed our water system and the hot water kept going off. It took them 5 visits to finally figure out they wired it incorrectly. Meanwhile we had no hot water for days at a time. At the same time, they connected our radiant floor system and apparently chose the wrong sensor wire for the zone in the garage, because we now have a freezing cold garage in the winter, meanwhile the thermostat reads 70 degrees. Their installer also removed all the labels I had on the other 14 zone sensor wires, so now it’s going to be a huge challenge to find the correct one and correct th

We had an emergency with our walk-in cooler, we called another shop first who said they couldn’t get a teach out for a week or two. With this being a business and with the potential loss of product and time being closed we called northside and they came to our rescue fast, located the problem and had the part coming right away! So thankful for their fast response and commitment to getting us back up and running ASAP! A shout out to Mark for his amazing service, and both the men who helped him(sorry I didn’t get there names)

Amazing in every way! Great scheduling, friendly, personable people, punctual and efficient all while making you feel like you’re one of the family. Jessie was fabulous. Jesse, the technician, was awesome. He kept me updated and took care of the problem. I have heat!! Everyone was excellent from the front office to exit. Will definitely refer Northside to others.

Northside was recommended to me after a couple other companies gave me huge estimates and no clear answers about my heat pump problem. They got out here fast, and Kaleb was awesome—super knowledgeable, answered all my questions, figured out the issue quickly, and had everything running again.
