After ordering my door through Home Depot, they sent two installers to verify measurements and make sure that when they returnedit would be an easy installation. Once they received the door from the Clopay factory, they set up an installation appointment. Mike came with everything he needed. Very polite and professional. Went over all the information about the opener and answered all my questions. Cleaned up after himself & hauled away the old door. Cindy in the office was very easy to contact, polite, and professional. Easy to deal with. Very responsive. Would highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could! Bought a garage door opener from Home Depot and they use this company to install it. They lost our order and came 2 weeks later to install it. Tried to up sell us when they where here to install it and now the garage door opener is not working. Tried to call the office and spoke to a woman named Cindy. She was rude and tried to rush me off the phone. She told me to move or clean my sensor. We have had this garage door opener for 3 weeks now. They refuse to come out to fix it. If I was a garage door installer I would have installed it myself. 🙄 We now have to pay more money for a better professional company to come out! The

I just had these guys come out last Friday to replace my garage door opener. I bought the garage door opener through Home Depot and opted for home installation. These guys are who got assigned to the job. I looked them up and found a lot of bad (recent) reviews on google and yelp but great reviews on their Facebook page. I of course thought to myself “oh man, great I’m gonna have issues with this aren’t I?” After thinking on it I decided to let my experience be the judge. So Michael came out, he was super nice, very knowledgeable, very polite. He answered all my questions and was very clear with his explanations. So unprofessional and so rude! Didn’t answer the phone calls and wouldn’t answer during business hours. Kept cutting me off the first time we got ahold of someone. My window was from 8-11am today and when we had not gotten any calls by 10:45 I called they said they moved our window to 1-4 pm same day but did not tell anyone! No calls, texts, emails nothing! Then they didn’t show up in the second window! Call 10 minutes after 4pm and said he was an hour away. This is so ridiculous then kept cutting me off when I tried to talk. I purchased a Garage Door opener from Home Depot some weeks ago. I immediately got a call from Northside Overhead Doors before it even arrived via FedEx. They were professional and sent me a confirmation text of my appointment upon request. Jose came out for the job. Jose was professional, personable, and very knowledgable where garage doors and door openers are concerned. Jose pulled out a can of WD 40 and pointed out the parts I should spray.
