Northway

We live in Circle Pines and we are extremely happy with service provided yesterday, May 29th! The serviceman was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My husband said everything went as smoothly as possible. We are recommending Northway to everyone!

Scheduling was easy. John stopped by 4 days after we called. Fixed our valve box issue, replaced two broken sprinklers, and educated me on best practices and how to do minor repairs myself. Great experience, will call again!

I highly recommend Don at Northway Irrigation. Quality workmanship and fairly priced! I was very impressed with Don and his crew. They were punctual, worked very hard and timely and they did a great job cleaning before they left. Don was also very patient in answering my questions and showing me how to run the controller and the app. We did run into a communication issue, but Don proved EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE by patiently listening, understanding, and working through the issue. I love my new irrigation system. Thank you!

I have used Northway over the years and their technicians, especially Roberto, have been great. That said, over the last few years, since I am unwilling to sign a longer term "service contract" for Spring start up and Fall blow out amongst other related services, the responsiveness and timeliness of their service/scheduling and frankly, the attitude of their office personnel has been very poor. I will be taking my business somewhere else, and I would caution Northway to understand that EVERY customer, regardless of how they choose to consume your services, is a most precious commodity.

Mike and his team were great to work with. We felt the quote and pricing for the irrigation system install, was far superior to others we had received. Quality materials used, clear communication and the installation crew left our yard in great condition post install. We had questions after the install was complete and they were quick to respond back to us to ensure our questions were answered. Have already recommended to other neighbors!
