Northway's Heating & Cooling

We recently had Northway Heating and Cooling install a brand-new HVAC system that included heating, cooling, and a water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, they were amazing to work with — professional, friendly, and responsive. What stood out most was their pricing. I had gotten quotes from four other companies, and Northway not only came in lower, but they were also willing to match competitor prices. As usual, nothing but excellent service and reasonable prices. One morning I found out I needed to replace my AC. Gavin arrived first thing the following morning and got it done. He even did some light landscaping work - he leveled out the ground to set a pad on it for the AC unit to sit on (my original unit just sat on blocks). I've used Northway's a few times now and I recommend them to everybody I know.

Part of a large tree smashed our outdoor A/C unit. We called Northway to come replace it. They came out the next morning to give an estimate. Two days later they came out and replaced the unit. I was impressed with how quick and efficient they were.

Called Monday morning my furnace was out. They were out to check it by noon, unfortunately had damage beyond repair but they were back the next morning 830am to install. Did not charge for the service check either. Best in des moines metro.

I would recommend Northway. They were very easy to work with from Jackie to the installers. I unfortunately was hospitalized, but they came in, installed my new furnace/air conditioner and billed me. Great service!
