Northwest Carpet

I just had them install new carpeting in my basement and it looks fantastic. My basement looks like a new house again. They did an excellent job at removing and disposing of the old carpet, installing the new carpet, and cleaning up after they were done. They gave me a date as to when they thought they would be able to do the installation and it was the exact date. When we went in to look at carpet Rob didn't give us any high pressure as to making the sale. He was kind and courteous and took all the time we needed to allow us to look at as many options as possible. I also used them when we built our first house over 30 years ago and they did a great job back then before Rob became the owner. I highly recommend that you consider them on your next flooring job.

Rob and his coworker did an excellent job restretching much of our living /dining room area and small halfway. The carpet really should be replaced but they were very helpful and it looks much better. We will definitely consider nw carpet when we are ready to do our flooring makeover.

I've had the pleasure of working with Russ the last several years and have greatly appreciated his suggestions, his exhausting efforts to locate product for me and most importantly his soft sell, no pressure sales technique. I went to the flooring store to get a bid and purchase flooring. Horrible customer service, so horrible I left very upset, and with no prospect of flooring. The man I talked to, (who seemed to be the owner) stated that he doesn't do estimates and stated unless I planned on purchasing my flooring they won't do the measurements. He summarized again unless I am planning on purchasing the flooring they are not doing measurements/estimates because they are already booked out for the next month. What??? How do I know if I want to purchase my flooring (or if I will get ripped off) if they don't give me an estimate. I guess they do not need anymore business. Went in to get a small piece of carpet for deer stand. Had a few good neutral tone colors, picked my favorite. Got a very reasonable price and he even cut it for me on the spot.
