Sadly..... we had a carpet cleaning scheduled for today, 7/14/25 at 9am. No one showed up, no one took our calls, no one returned our calls. We were forced to start making phone calls to other companies to plead our case because we needed the carpets cleaned before tomorrow. A bummer deal for sure, especially after reading some nice reviews prior to setting up our own appointment.
Justin provided excellent, timely and affordable service, likely extending the life of my home's old carpet as well as my area rug. He impressed me first by answering my call on a Saturday, was quick to schedule an appointment, and seemed exceptionally well versed in the appropriate treatments and techniques for cleaning different types of carpets and stains. Though we had to reschedule my initial appointment due to equipment malfunction, he was quick to let me know and got me set up for the following day. He was incredibly polite and professional as well as punctual and showed up exactly when expected. His services are also incredibly affordable and well worth the cost!
Justin was quick, responsive, and did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets. He was also able to accommodate our young kids needs and provide a variety of clean chemical options. Would highly recommend Northwest Cleaning Services!
I recently call Justin from Northwest Cleaning Services to get some information on having the floors at my Day Care waxed. To my delight it turned out he went to my Center as boy! He came out to give me a bid within a few days. I scheduled his company to do the job and am completely satisfied. His prices were very reasonable and his work pristine. I am a bit of a perfectionist and was worried about the edges and corners but no need to worry he did a fantastic job! I will always contract him to do my cleaning jobs. Thank you!
Justin was awesome, he came on short notice & did a fantastic job. He estimated a 2 hour time frame & was done in less than an hour & the carpets looked great. Definitely recommend Justin & Northwest Cleaning!
