Update Review from 2024: I have remained a customer of Northwest Exterminating for the past 7 years. Great service. They come out 4 times a year but if there is ever an issue, they return at no additional cost. Very rarely do I have bugs in my home. The techs are all professional and friendly, going out of their way to ensure satisfaction. Review from 2017: What a customer-focused business! I don't like that you have to post a review to pay your bill.

This company continually harasses customers and makes it impossible to close an account. Despite multiple email requests, they have refused to process my cancellation.

I have been using Northwest Exterminating for many years. Our service representative, Scott is top notch. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Representatives at the call center are helpful and courteous. I know I can always count on excellent service from Scott and Northwest. Highly recommend for your pest control needs!

No call/No show two days in a row-no explanation. Asked for a manager to call, never received a call I know customer service is a lost art these days but this is beyond terrible. Avoid doing business with them!
