I have scheduled the indoor pest control for Monday. They took my credit card info but no service staff showed up on Monday. We have cleaned up the entire house and left the house to prepare for the service. Then I called them. They said it was not even scheduled!!! Terrible experience!!!

Amazing customer service! They always respond immediately with any request for additional services in between the scheduled appointments and are so friendly. We usually have the same representative out to our house, which is great for consistency, but also he is so knowledgeable and always so nice!
