They are fine for general pest control and I loved Russ, our neighborhood's main pest guy. But their wildlife removal inspections/process is horrid and led to my canceling services with them. We had an obvious squirrel problem in our attic and called NW first as our pest control service. The first inspector came out and said he saw nothing and no evidence of squirrels despite video of the sound we had and clear evidence that it was occurring during hours that were in line with gray squirrels. I called two other companies and both came out and did a far more thorough inspection, including actually getting on the roof to find entry and exit points so that we could ensure that if we were going to pay the hefty sum, that it would be done appropriately. The latest visit for wildlife exclusion revealed that we had an active leak in our crawl space. Thanks to Northwest, it was caught early and has been fixed.
