Northwest Exterminating

We have been with this company for almost 9 years. They always do a great job inside and out. As usual every technician that comes out is very polite and knows his job. We had Alex this time and he did a great job.

They sent us an email claiming that our warranty was about to expire. Problem is we have no record of them ever coming to our home in the first place. If they can prove to me that this isn't a scamming way of doing business and can show me proof of coming to my home I will let them come back and service our home. I will also remove this review.

Have been a customer for almost 10 years and love this pest control company. I have never had a problem with scorpions or spiders or any of the other pesky little critters that try to come into our homes. I have pets and they have never been affected negatively by any fumigation residue as it disappears either into the ground without leaving any trace. I would highly recommend this company . The techs are also very knowledgeable and prompt in responding to any concerns or questions I may have.
