Northwest Exterminating - Team Support Center

Had service with Gilstrap for 15+ years, who merged into this company. I would tell anyone to be aware of their service reps and charges that don't make any sense. We had a bad experience with this over-charging us for an exclusion, like way over charging - when we already had one in place that was a full roof line exclusion. And the service rep could not tell us the itemized cost of labor and materials for what little work they did to exclude the various roof pitches with metal grating. Long story short, we moved on from them and would not recommend based on their honesty. We will be cancelling our other home service soon from this company.

All these commercial companies with trucks like Northwest exterminating, Amazon, UPS etc etc think that they own the roads where they park to service or deliver. Always park in the worst possible way, blocking traffic. Look at the video and assess for yourself.

Terrible! I was a customer of Northwest for several years. Recently, they had a price increase and did not send any emailed communications to their customers. I contacted the office to ask why I was not informed of the price increase when I scheduled my quarterly maintenance. Mandy (or maybe it was Mindy) did not offer a reason and insisted that I would have to pay for the newly priced services, despite the fact that I received no communication of the increase. I requested cancellation of my services and she hung up the phone. There are better pest control companies that respect their customers and do not engage in unfair pricing practices for their services.

No complaints about the guys who come out to service the yard HOWEVER, the complaint is with their billing system. They bill quarterly (3 months in advance). We have a bill from June 2024 through August 2024 but we sold/closed house on 7.8.24. This company is making us pay through August when we closed on 7.8.24. Their computer system doesn't prorate or issue credits. This is very poor as people need all of their money now! We should not be billed for services not rendered.

Many thanks to Justin Bigaz for taking time with me last year. He walked all around my house with me to show me everything I needed to know about the problem I was having with scorpions. He was incredibly patient, helpful and compassionate. He exemplifies what all customers need in a service technician.
