Our experience with Northwest Granite was amazing! The quality of the stone and craftsmanship is truly top notch. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. Installation was quick, precise, and they even sealed the granite for us. Our countertops were very affordable and look incredible! We would highly recommend Northwest Granite if you're looking for high-quality granite and excellent service.

A friend recommended Northwest Granite for my kitchen remodel, and I was very happy with them! They were a third of the price as my first quote, and I love the quality of the cabinets. Eddie helped with my design, and he was very patient with me - I came in 3 different times because I wanted to make changes to my design. They were even able to "customize" my sink base to fit a farm style sink, and make a bench seat out of other cabinets, even cutting the depth shorter than the surrounding cabinets. The installer was amazing, too. I took off a star because one of the cabinet doors was warped, and I had to wait quite a while for the replacement and inquire a few times about it. Amazing job has been done by Sofia and her team!!!! We had a countertop and cabinet installed, the measurements were accurate and everything was delivered on time! Sofia is friendly, professional, knowledgable, she helped with the design down to the smallest details! Happy to work with her!! Their installers of the countertops were professional! Last year we had Northwest Granite install a new kitchen for us. Eddie at NW Granite made it so easy for us. And it turned out fabulous! This year NW granite is installing 2 new bathrooms for us. Will be done soon. Can’t wait!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Northwest Granite has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was awful at every level. Any time I raised concerns with the project managers, they were quick to blame me for delays and became defensive and aggressive instead of listening. At no point did anyone take ownership of the issues I was experiencing. I felt constantly questioned, doubted, and talked down to. The demolition crew that removed my old countertops was careless and unprofessional. They never put down any protection on my brand-new floors, and while breaking apart the old stone they crushed pieces of countertop into the flooring, damaging several areas. They also punched a hole in a wall I had just repaired and said nothing...no acknowledg
