Northwest Mechanical

NW Mechanical is the manufacturer-appointed service company for my ice maker, which is still under warranty. They came out, denied the warranty claim, and charged me about $400 just for diagnosis—without fixing anything. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend them.

10/10 recommend Northwest Mechanical as a solution to any of your mechanical equipment issues. Every single time I use them, they have helped me work through my equipment problems and find the proper solution. Jeremy is one of the only technicians out there that I can 100% trust with my equipment. It does not matter the problems that are at hand, he dives right in, doesn’t skip a step and figures out the best way to tackle it. If your have expensive equipment that you need handled with care and professionalism, do not hesitate to give them a call.
