I've been a customer since at least 2014 and have experienced nothing but the best customer service! Northwest Pest Management is consistent, thorough, and excellent with their communication. They have helped out in short-notice situations and have always made our family feel like valued customers. Highly recommend to everyone!

Daniel did a great job getting rid of bugs. We would have appreciated a little more information on preparing the house for him, but we are very happy with his work. Definitely would recommend his services!

The poison traps do not work in a basement. I asked for regular rat traps and Daniel insisted his poison traps would work fine. WATCH OUT! Now my basement/cellar area reeks of dead rat/mice breaking down. The smell is awful. I needed to call another pest company to come out, find the dead rats, put down new ground plastic and deodorize my basement. It cost a bundle. Plus this company keeps coming when I wrote to them to stop!

I placed a call in the morning and they were here within a few hours. They did a thorough inspection and helped me set up a plan to keep the mice away. Price seemed reasonable as well!

Quarterly preventive service provided and easy billing and payment via email/credit card. And no hidden fees when paying. Happens remotely and I don't need to be present.
