Liberty was able to help with a PEX B issue I was having. She hooked me up with an adapter that fit my application perfectly. During my cabin plumbing, Northwest Plumbing had everything needed. Old school customer service was evident with each visit.

They recommended Afordable Plumbing to us when we had our cabin built. The worker at Affordable Plumbing was rude, slow, and charged us thousands above the quote he gave us. He knew we were in a bind, time wise, and took advantage of us. He did a good job, but totally ripped us off. We trusted him and he had one excuse after another to not show up. A three day job turned into 3 months. We really think he was working on the side with all his company's equipment.

I usually dont review companies but this encounter at this store was unbelievably rude, and will rank in my top 10 of bad experiences. The women behind the counter was not helpful at all and on top of it had an awful attitude. I felt like I was imposing on her to ask a few questions, and then when I asked about contractors, she said: "I would NOT trust anyone around here" and had no input for anyone local. I guess that is what you get when you think you have a captured market. Had to drive a little bit, went to Home Depot, questions were answered and found a good contractor. Hope they change the way they do business, unfortunately I will never know. My business will be directed elsewhere.
