NWQR has done two smaller jobs for us now. Everything from the initial inspection and the estimate, to scheduling, to the job and clean-up and finally to invoicing is excellent. Communication is amazing. The crews are fantastic and very safety focused which we appreciated. I felt the prices were great and no upselling stuff we did not need. I am very happy with my new roof. The color is great and the quality of the material is exceptional. The staff and crew are friendly and helpful. Not many companies now days have been worth rating, but this company and the people within it are. They have been amazing. The quality of work, friendliness, communication and integrity has been some of the qualities I have seen. Craig has been great with every need and want with the roof. Any questions I ask Craig, which have been many, were answered in respect and kindness. My attic at one point had ventilation issues prior to the new roof being put on. Craig came out that same day to take a look and sent out a crew the next morning. Leo and his partner worked in freezing weather to make sure we had more ventilation in the attic and they did an amazing job.
