I called them as soon as I saw the flood on Memorial Day and they arrived in less than two hours. They got started right away, Vadim took charge, and they prevented what should’ve been far more damage. Not only that, but they were able to involve a Contents, cleaning, and storage company. All I had to do is give them my permission. After they were finished, and my stuff was stored, they connected me with a contractor who specialized in restoration. So far the entire process has been incredibly smooth, I’m still under construction, But I’m a lot further than I would be if not for NW Restoration
