We get our septic pumped for routine maintenance and have used them multiple times. I would highly recommend them. They do a great job.

Northwest Septic did a great job. They are very reliable. I appreciate that they were here when they said they'd be here. Completed the work and did it right. I had a bad, stress inducing experience with another septic company from Defiance, but these guys were awesome. Highly recommend!

I didn't end up hiring them, long wait list for the service needed, but the lady who answered the phones was very sweet and kind. She worked hard to try and accommodate my needs and was patient and thorough.

Northwest Septic Service did an amazing job fixing and cleaning are septic system I called first thing in the morning and told them what was happening and told them it was backing up into are house, they showed up quickly and took care of everything including draing tanks and replacing pipe and pump that also went out and wired everything up for us highly recommend and will call them again for any problems with septic
