Absolutely no regard for citizens! They consistently block off two sides of a street where residents live and I work. You can NOT block people from their homes or places of work. I take care of three little boys (6yrs old and younger) at their home, what if one of the boys accidentally got hurt and I needed an ambulance to come for help?? There is absolutely NO WAY of getting onto the street other than physically moving "road closed" signs...seconds matter in emergency situations. An emergency vehicle would literally have to stop, park, get out, move signs, get back in their car and continue driving. So so dumb!! They blocked off (not exaggerating) a couple hundred feet of road they aren't even working on, on both sides of the road! They work on 50 feet of the road but close down the other

The manner in which they put up signs on my road, completely blocked us in our home due to a building project going on next to us. I was told that we are not to move them or go around them and to find another way out and that the road is closed. . There are no other roads out. So I’m supposed to stay home from work and keep my kids home from school because you are doing construction and closing my road without notice? I don’t think so.
