We live in an older home built on ledge and a stone foundation. The previous owner's solution to insulation was fiberglass between the joists, which provided little insulation to the cold coming from the ground into the stone and concrete walls. Spencer gave me a quote for new plastic over the ledge, removal of the fiberglass insulation, and spray foaming the stone foundation. Their work was so well done, and I know we will see a reduction in our fuel usage. It also makes the space brighter, easier to keep clean, and far less claustrophobic. I would highly recommend Northwoods Spray Foam Insulation! I called, left a message and got a quick response. Spenser came out looked at my basement, I told him what I needed and he was able give me an estimate. We scheduled a date to insulate my basement and his company came out promptly, did the job and left everything clean and tidy.
