I approached Norwalk Overhead Door after a friend recommended them and I had a chance to look at the installation at the friend's house. Very happy with the installation. Pete did a great job advising me on the options, pointed out details to consider and I felt not "sold to" at all. Phil did an excellent job installing and also adjusting for the specifics of our older house - competent, considerate and friendly. The device installed is in many respects so far superior (functional and very quiet) that I'm really glad we went ahead with the new door.

The service is terrible at this company. We had to wait 3 days for a techician to come and once they did come, they left without even fixing the door! I obviously called back for a re-appointment to fix the door that was never fixed and I was yelled at through the entire phone call saying the techinican fixed door. Really?!? Why would I be calling back if the door was fixed? And the new appointment...3 days later. They get 5 starts for creating customer frustration. 0 stars in professionalism and service.

I called them to ask for help in an emergency door failure. The dispatcher was rude and said they will not come out and waste their gas to give me an estimate for the repairs. That they will strictly fix it and demand payment on the spot. Very unprofessional. Don't waste their gas and don't waste your time calling them.!

I had to have a spring on my door replaced. Peter, who's very personable and knowledgeable, was able to provide fast and seamless service. Reasonably priced and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I called to schedule a service and had a repairman at my house in less than 2 hours. Works better than it has in 10yrs. When I get around to replacing it, I know who to call!
