I've now worked with Oleg and his team on multiple projects, big and small, and I can't recommend him enough. From a bathroom remodel where he kept his promise to always leave us with a functional set up at the end of the day, to smaller projects like moving a dryer vent, to our most recent project, a studio apartment full renovation of bathroom, kitchen, floor, and painting, he delivers reliable and quality results. 100 stars!

We bought our house new some 20 years ago and got into the habit of thinking that this was a new house and should have nothing to worry about. That was mostly true but the northwest rain and weather did leave its mark. As a result we've got some trims in certain areas of the house including a couple of door frames that got some rotten wood showing up. We did our research and invited a few contractors over for work estimates. Most of the guys did a walk-through and recommended full replacement of the trims and door frames even though the rotten areas only existed in a limited area close to the ground.
